India is a country with large variations in season and other environmental aspects. The change in environment and season cause a natural disaster like flood, drought, cyclone, storms, snowstorms, etc. Natural disasters cause extensive losses of life and property.
Some part of India has to face the situation of flood every year and many houses, schools, and other properties are highly damaged. In flood, people need instantaneous rescue and relief. Our team and volunteers are always ready to help people in a natural disaster.
After getting immediate relief and rescue support, there is a need for habitation and rebuilding of houses and school. We rebuild schools and help people to rebuild their houses. What often gets neglected is the rehabilitation of children back to schools. Most schools across the state are completely damaged. Books and school bags have been washed away. Students pursuing higher education have lost their important study materials.
We progress towards rebuilding classes, labs, libraries, and other infrastructure. Students feel helplessness and face trauma in the time of disaster. Some students are very attached to their school, school friends and books. The immediate rebuilding of schools and colleges help them to cope with trauma and they will feel a sense of normalcy. We also support to replace damaged educational materials so that they can start studies as soon as possible.
