India has the world’s largest democracy. Rapid economic growth has been seen in India and India has made progress towards achieving most of the Millennium Achievement Goals. In India, the poverty rate is declined but in spite of growth and development, many income inequalities remain a challenge for all.
World Bank information showed the national economic condition rate has fallen from thirty-seven % in 2005 to twenty-one.9 % in 2012. to fulfill the national vision of a home for all by 2022, Bharat can build an extra twenty million housing units.
Considering the extremely large demand for habitat in India Mangalam Welfare Foundation build a reliable platform to engage donors, supporters and volunteers to achieve the dream of everyone get the shelter to live healthily and happily.
According to government data more than 73 million families in India do not have access to decent shelter. We engage all supporters and volunteers to meet the requirement of habitat in India. Our young leaders and youth power combine with donors support us to work on more and more projects.
