Volunteers are such a rare and valuable resource for actualizing well-being and peace of the nation. Volunteerism provides hope for restoring the privileges of empathy, compassion, and community-building.

   We plan a volunteer meeting to streamline their collective efforts to ensure the achievement of the end result. A well scheduled and productive meeting serves may purpose. We highlight the social objectives to be achieved by team efforts.

   Meetings with the pre-planned agenda give the best result — no agenda- no meetings. We serve the agenda with some brain food to delight our team members. We know the fact that what you eat has a massive effect on your productivity levels. We take advantage of this fact getting some food for our volunteers to munch on.

   Encouraging volunteers, we assign them position and motivate them to be with us to support good deeds. We enlist the to-do list; each step leads towards the success of our mission. Our systematic planned meetings aimed to utilize the volunteers’ potential to the fullest.

   We value the time of our volunteers. Volunteers do not join any organization for meeting purpose but to involve in projects and activities and understand the process; they should attend meetings promptly. We arrange meetings keeping in mind the time and schedule of our volunteers.
